FractalAttraction.com is proud to have established relationships with high-quality, reliable, vendors to provide fulfillment services on it's behalf. Unless otherwise noted, all products appearing on this website are Made in the U.S.A.

You are responsible and shall cover all expenses (including but not limited to taxes, duties and shipping costs) and clear customs if and as applicable to your Products and their delivery to any end-Customer.

Fractal Attraction delivers Products to Customers to most places in the world. There might be some countries we cannot deliver to because of international legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

By using the Warehousing Services provided at fractalattraction.com where multiple hand-picked vendors merge to provide a unique overall consumer experience, the User agrees that some Products can be packaged and shipped separately and the User will cover all shipping costs associated with the Products.


When will I get my order? 

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on  your location, but can be estimated as follows: 

USA: 5-​8 business days. 

International: 10-20 business days.

Special Products

IntelliHydro processes handling in 1 day. Due to the high shipping cost associated with this product, the amount has been included in the final price listed. Shipping runs 5-10 days for delivery. Shipping Cost for this item is included in listed price.

Yoga Mats are printed and shipped within 3 days from Colorado. Customers have received them in as little as 5 days. United States Ships free USPS 5-8 day delivery.

Fractal Attraction products are all custom designed. Normally, returns for this type of merchandise are not allowed but we do have leeway and urge you to contact us immediately or no later than within fifteen (15) days if there is a problem with your order to see if we can accommodate your needs. Any later than this and we will not be able to assist you in returning your custom printed item.

We also understand that occasionally accidents happen and your custom can become damaged in route or by many other means of outside influences. 

We have taken great care to choose our vendors to be highly-respectful and adhere to the highest-quality standards available.  Printing custom items at the volume we do is a large undertaking and one that must run seamlessly, calling for the quality of our products to be above par. With that in mind, there are times when shipping delays are unavoidable. If your order runs into any snag during the creation process we notify you immediately and keep you aware of any potential delay as best as humanly possible.  

Where will my order ship from? 

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! For the most part we do our best to source only from the United States. Material Quality may dictate the source of your item may also be manufactured in Canada or Australia.

Will I be charged customs for my order? 

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control  and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so  please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your  purchases. 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? 

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: 

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 

● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.    

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— ​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't  be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
